The following information is requested and strongly preferred, but not required:
- Product SKU, listed on the product label located on the underside of the seat

Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be submitted through a customer support ticket submitted on our website. Warranty claims will not be handled by phone unless Keystone Seats determines that a phone call is necessary and initiates contact.
Response time is typically 1–3 business days per reply. Resolution timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on part availability, shipping timelines, or circumstances beyond Keystone Seats’ control.
If a claim is approved, Keystone Seats will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include supplying replacement parts required for repair. Repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the seat is deemed beyond repair, a replacement seat may be issued. The original seat may be required to be returned, and return shipping costs will be covered by Keystone Seats.
Replacement seats will be the same model when available. If the original model has been discontinued, an equivalent model may be provided. Replacement units may be open-box units at the sole discretion of Keystone Seats.
Parts or replacement units may require ordering and are subject to availability.
Non-Warranty Assistance
If an issue is not covered under warranty, customers may still contact Keystone Seats to inquire about replacement parts or other assistance. Availability is not guaranteed. All associated costs, including parts and shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Any non-warranty assistance is provided solely at the discretion of Keystone Seats.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Seats shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, downtime, or delays resulting from shipping, parts availability, or circumstances beyond Keystone Seats’ control.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Keystone Seats and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
