Return Policy Overview
Keystone Seats understands that returns may be necessary from time to time, particularly with large equipment-related products. To help set clear expectations, the key points of our return policy are outlined below:
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Original packaging required for all returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items
- Restocking fees apply (10%–20% depending on condition)
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by submitting a customer support ticket through our website as soon as possible.
A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover credit card processing fees and administrative costs.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a customer support ticket through our website with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be requested as part of the return review process.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging is required
- Items must be packed in the same manner they were received
- Seats must be placed back into protective packaging
- Hardware must be returned in sealed bags
- Foam and protective materials must be reinstalled
Returns with missing parts, hardware, or packaging may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund at Keystone Seats’ discretion.
Return shipments must be sent using a reputable carrier such as UPS or FedEx and must include a valid tracking number. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
Shipping Responsibility
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Keystone Seats is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Responsibility for the return shipment remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected by Keystone Seats.
For approved damaged or defective items, Keystone Seats will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Restocking Fees
Returned products that are received in clean, like-new condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For items returned in unclean, incomplete, or damaged condition, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price may apply, depending on the condition of the return upon inspection.
Keystone Seats reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items and applicable restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any damage, manufacturing defects, or missing parts must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Customers should retain all original packaging materials for inspection.
For approved claims, Keystone Seats may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, issue a replacement product, or process a refund at no additional cost to the customer. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or customer handling is not covered.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, typically within 7–10 business days.
The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions for incomplete or damaged returns.
Processing times for banks or credit card companies may require an additional 3–5 business days for funds to post.
